Bonding a Client with an "MP Hold" vs. a "Military Confinement Order"

When an inmate's jail profile shows an "MP Hold", the individuals bond may be posted. However, the individual, an active duty member, will remain in jail to be released to the Military Police who will escort him to his superiors where they decide what military rules will apply.


Military Confinement Order is different. This instructs the jail to hold this inmate until the military orders his release. Posting his bond will not result in this inmate's release.
